Start with a listed model, then confirm your size, bamboo finish and logo. Engraving and screen printing appear in the current collection; heat transfer printing is listed for selected models. Process availability depends on the surface and artwork.
For a quote, provide the product link, capacity, quantity, logo file, destination and target delivery date. Request the standard-production MOQ and any available trial-order option separately.
Sample approval and quality requirements
Agree on dimensions, closure fit, seal construction, appearance, logo placement and packing requirements before production. Can bamboo cream jars hold a formula directly?
Select the inner container that contacts your formula, rather than relying on the bamboo exterior. Confirm the complete jar, liner and closure construction, and test a filled sample with your formulation before ordering.
Which sizes are available?
The listed collection includes sizes from 5g to 250g, depending on the model. The refillable glass jar lists 5, 15, 30, 50 and 100G. These are the supplier’s stated sizes; actual fill weight depends on formula density. Request dimensions and usable fill volume for your selected size.
How do I choose between glass, PP, acrylic and aluminum?
Compare the complete construction, weight, finish and formula-contact material. A visible acrylic or bamboo outer body does not identify the inner cup. Ask for a component specification and confirm compatibility with a filled sample.
Do you offer a refillable bamboo cream jar?
Our ZHFCJ-088 model lists a glass body, bamboo components and a refillable PP inner. Request a sample to check the removal method, replacement fit and closure before planning a refill program.
Can you customize the bamboo lid or add a logo?
Listed decoration options include engraving, screen printing and, on selected models, heat transfer printing. Send your chosen model, artwork and placement to confirm the suitable process. Approve a decorated sample before production.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the model, size, decoration and availability. Request a quote for the exact configuration. Trial-order availability must be confirmed separately; a trial quantity is not a standard MOQ for every jar.
Can I request samples and a production schedule?
Share the model, size, quantity, destination and decoration requirements. We will confirm sample availability, costs, shipping and the proposed production schedule for your order.
What should I check for bamboo moisture and mold prevention?
Ask for the treatment method, drying and storage requirements, and any supporting test records for the selected bamboo components. Agree on packing conditions for your destination. Do not assume the exterior or a historical factory certificate establishes mold resistance.
