8. Why is bamboo packaging more expensive than glass or plastic?
Bamboo processing is mostly by hand. Unlike plastic, it's derived from nature and labor costs more. Plastic is cheapest, then glass, then bamboo — but bamboo is most beneficial to the planet.
9. Why does bamboo crack and what do you do to prevent it?
Two reasons: poor quality bamboo (we strictly use five-year aged bamboo) and shell thickness (minimum 2mm for small tubes — we can do thicker based on requirements).
10. Will bamboo go moldy?
At room temperature and balanced humidity, bamboo doesn't grow mold. We use a special coating treatment to prevent mold. Ask customers to keep bamboo in dry spaces away from dampness.
11. Can bamboo packaging be reused?
Yes! A bamboo cream jar can be reused as a jewelry box or pillbox. Run campaigns asking customers to return jars for discounts — great for eco-conscious marketing.
